Inspire Rock Gym, located in Spring, TX, houses 17,000 vertical square feet of climbing walls, offices, a restaurant, retail, a yoga room, locker rooms and a child care area. Seven building frames were combined to create the structure and it features a 4,475 square foot mezzanine. Metal systems from Mid-West Steel Building Company were used to create this facility.
The 16,800 square foot building features PBU end wall and sidewall panels and PBR roofing panels. Owens Corning Optiliner was utilized in the roof to achieve an R-30 value and 5-1/2″ open cell spray foam was used on all the walls to achieve R-19.
The general contractor was Huffco Services of Conroe, TX and the erector and roofing contractor was Ramco.
