Published by the Metal Construction Association (MCA), this Technical Bulletin discusses the characteristics that comprise the metal construction industry’s most commonly used metallic-coated sheet steels (the products used to make products such as standing seam metal roofing and ribbed metal wall panels, among other things). Bulletin topics include the hot-dip process, fabrication, mechanical properties, coating weight, chemical treatment and painting. There’s also a glossary of terms.
