Staley High School
Citadel Panels Highlight LEED-Silver Rated High School
Approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of Citadel Envelope 2000® Reveal (RV) System metal composite material (MCM) panels were installed on the first LEED Silver K-12 educational facility in the State of Missouri. For that reason and more, Staley High School in North Kansas City, MO, is a model for education in the 21st century.
The 315,000 sq. ft. facility is architecturally distinctive with its sweeping curves and bold lines as well as functionally effective with its flexible, utilitarian learning environments and wireless digital technology systems.
The Citadel panels, finished in Seawolf Grey, were installed by A2MG, Inc., Blue Springs, MO.
The school was designed by Hollis + Miller Architects, Overland Park, KS. The construction manager was JE Dunn Construction, Kansas City, MO.
The Citadel sales representative was J.D. Day & Company, Overland Park, KS.
