Englert 5V-Crimp Roofing Tops Florida Residential Development 

The Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, Florida. This well-appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes two pools, one heated pool and hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Featured on the homes of this development is 20,000 sq. ft. of Englert metal roofing. The 20”-wide 5V-Crimp panels were formed at the jobsite by Freelance Panels of Freeport, FL. The roofing coil and trim stock was 24-gauge Galvalume-coated steel with a Bone White paint finish.

The Design Build firm managing the project was Old South Contractors Development and Design of Destin, FL.
