SSINA Elects New Leaders
Washington, DC - The Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA) announces the election of new officers effective January 1, 2012.
Carl R. Moulton, Senior Vice President, International, Allegheny Technologies Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was elected Chairman of the association’s Board of Directors. Moulton is the former Vice Chairman of the Board. Moulton began his career as a sales representative with Allegheny Ludlum in 1972. He succeeds former SSINA Chairman Dr. Sunil Widge, Senior Vice President - Strategic Business Development & Governmental Affairs, Carpenter Technology Corporation, Reading, Pennsylvania.
Dennis M. Oates was elected Vice Chairman. Oates is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. Oates has had a 37-year career to date in the steel industry.
