West Palm Beach, FL - For the first time, SPECwise, Inc. has opened its estimating services to contractors. SPECwise has created a new online service for contractors and suppliers to get complete roof takeoffs. The takeoff package includes total roof area, panel lengths and layouts for metal roofs, trim lengths, roof plan drawings, as well as other useful information.
Users create an account by going to takeoff.specwise.com. The cost of the service is $100 per takeoff and a complete report is emailed, typically within 24 hours. Users upload files (digital plans, drawings, sketches), submit information for online plan rooms, fax, or ship plans. Users also have the option of choosing a Preferred Vendor that may allow them to receive a credit towards their takeoff cost.
