Kingspan To Introduce Industry-First iBook At International Roofing Expo®
Booth #325 To Also Feature KingZip™ Roof System And Interactive Photo Area
Deland, FL – Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a global manufacturer of insulated metal panels, will introduce its industry-first iBook at booth #325 during the International Roofing Expo® (IRE), Feb. 22-24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
“We’re excited to share our KingZip™ literature in a new eco-friendly iBook format,” said Fergal Murphy, vice president of sales and business development at Kingspan Insulated Panels North America. “The iBook combines brochure information with videos, presentations and interactive three-dimensional images to enable maximum engagement with the KingZip product. Here at Kingspan we pride ourselves on creating new and innovative ways to get our product details and information to our customers in clear and straightforward ways. The iBook format is the next generation in interactive learning and we are very pleased to be the first to market with the iBook literature. The new format also supports Kingspan’s sustainability efforts by minimizing the number of brochures the company will need to print in the future, which will reduce our carbon footprint.”
The Kingspan booth will display the KingZip Insulated Standing Seam Roof System, a pre-engineered zip-up roofing system that provides high performance, design flexibility, aesthetic appeal and fast-track construction. In addition, the booth will showcase an interactive photo area, where visitors can take their photo using a customized app. Several iPads will be loaded with the app to help facilitate this experience. The app allows people to choose a background from a selection of images, providing them with a keepsake from IRE. The photos will be displayed on a custom webpage and emailed to individuals, which they can then share via social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter.
To create additional engagement at the booth, Kingspan will offer an array of giveaways, including KingZip T-shirts. Visitors will be encouraged to return to the booth on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m. wearing the shirts for a group photo and a chance to win an iPad 2.
