Deland, FL - Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a global manufacturer of insulated metal panels, has introduced the Optimo™ Series insulated metal wall panel system.
Kingspan’s Optimo Series wall system offers designers a comprehensive range of building solutions for both vertical and horizontal wall applications. Featuring a unique smooth or embossed profile unmatched in the industry, the factory assembled panels deliver a sleek, aesthetically pleasing design. The system also offers a variety of module widths, multiple color options, trimless ends and custom aluminum extrusions for creative freedom.
In addition to standard 1/8- and 3/8-inch reveals for vertical and horizontal applications, the Optimo Series provides optional one- to six-inch reveals for horizontal applications. The panels are easily integrated with traditional construction methods and building systems.
With tested R-values as high as 30, superior airtightness and low thermal bridging, the Optimo wall system can result in energy savings up to 30 percent over standard cavity-based insulation systems. In addition, the single-component system can reduce on-site installation time by as much as 50 percent compared to traditional multipart site-assembled built-up systems.
Optimo wall panels are suitable for high-volume, large-scale, new and retrofit applications across the commercial and industrial building sectors.
