Kenwood Painted Metals Acquires American Metal Solutions
Homewood, IL - Kenwood Painted Metals, Inc. announces that it has acquired the assets of American Metals Solutions. The purchase is in line with Kenwood’s focus on continuing to expand upon their presence in the flat rolled steel to metal building products industry.
Greg Underwood, President of Kenwood Painted Metals, said, “The staff at American Metals Solutions all have nearly two decades of experience in the metal building products industry. They bring a wealth of knowledge to Kenwood, compliment our efforts in that sector of flat rolled steel, and further our ability to provide excellent service to our customers.” He went on to say that the addition is projected to increase gross sales by approximately $20 million in 2012.
