Galvanized Steel Framing In Residential Buildings Addressed In 10-Year Study
Washington, DC - As noted on the American Iron and Steel Institute’s website, a study from the NAHB Research Center - a subsidiary of the National Association of Home Builders - shows that the life span of the zinc and zinc-alloy coated steel samples studied was well beyond the life expectancies of modern buildings.
The report was sponsored by the International Zinc Association.
