Blue Sky Homes Becomes Becomes Blue Sky Building Systems
New Website Also Launched
Los Angeles, CA - Blue Sky Homes, a developer of environmentally-friendly, light-gauge steel framing systems for use in both residential and industrial construction, has changed its name to Blue Sky Building Systems. The move was made in recognition of the company’s growing offerings of innovative materials to the entire building industry.
The company also launched a new website, www.BlueSkyBuildingSystems.com, designed to provide detailed information about each of its products to industry professionals. The new site features a complete list of projects in development as well as the architects affiliated with them.
One of the systems the company offers is its revolutionary, all-steel, proprietary Blue Sky Frame™. This award-winning frame consists principally of cold-formed, light-gauge galvanized steel elements that are shipped to job sites in predetermined shapes and lengths, with connection holes already drilled. At the site they are rapidly bolted together, erector-set-like, to create a bi-directional moment frame, one of the strongest structural configurations known. No site-welding is required.
Structures built with the Blue Sky Frame are highly fire and earthquake resistant, and all but impervious to rot, mold, and termites. Blue Sky Building Systems products also offer a host of eco-friendly advantages, details of which may also be found at www.BlueSkyBuildingSystems.com.
The company continues to add projects and participating architects to its pipeline, and is forecasting strong growth even in the current economic environment.
