Designed with the latest in scientific breakthroughs, the panels are one of the most energy efficient, well-made, and cost-effective building solutions available.
ABC’s Standing Seam roof panels now allow for 26-gauge exterior and interior skins, which make them lighter, saving money and weight on a building. These panels have 100 percent reliable thermal performance and insulation continuity – no cavities, no gaps, no crushed insulation and no cold bridges. The insulated core is one of the most thermally effective insulants available. Insulation values can be easily increased by increasing the thickness of the panels.

In addition, ABC now offers AdobeTexture™ factory finish coated wall panels, which simulate a troweled stucco appearance. The coating is added to the Heavy Embossed Flat Profile panel, giving the piece a low-gloss, multi-textured profile and finish system without the need for additional or factory applied stucco coatings. The panels are offered in 2- to 4-inch thicknesses, 40-inch width, and 8- to 56-foot lengths. The final product is energy efficient, attractive, durable, and easy to install with a simple clip.
To further maximize energy savings, cool coatings are standard with all panels. These coatings feature vivid, fade-resistant color, durability and environmentally friendly cool technology, which was originally developed for stealth aircrafts in the U.S. military. For the new ABC Insulated Panel product line, there are six SmartKote® PVDF colors and four new AdobeTexture™ colors. To be considered “cool”, products have a Solar Reflectance of at least 25 percent.
