Products & Services Offered: Overly offers three unique roofing systems--a Batten Seam, a Bermuda panel and a Precision Profile--that are customized for each application. The systems feature internal components which remove any moisture that migrates into the systems and carefully designed mechanical joints that allow for expansion and contraction to avoid distortion and metal fatigue. Overly also designs and makes custom wall panels. Roof and wall panels systems are manufactured only from preferred metals such as cold rolled and lead coated copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and zinc.
Background: Overly was established in 1888 and began manufacturing and installing custom sheet metal work. It was known nationally for building literally thousands of custom spires and steeples along with highly ornamental theater marquis. In the 1930’s, Overly was the first company to patent and use metal battens instead of wood battens. In the 1960’s, Overly invented and patented a custom Bermuda style roof system. In the 1990’s Overly developed a sleek, contemporary system known as the Precision Profile. This system has no battens or seams projecting from the roof surface.
Although the systems and engineering has evolved significantly through the years Overly will continue its pursuit of perfection. Overly’s Management System is registered to ISO 9001:2000
