Audio Interview with Professor Roger Liska
In this special audio interview, Ted Garrison talks with Clemson University Professor Roger Liska. He explains that while contractors do a good job of calculating productivity for estimating purposes, the industry as a whole doesn’t do a very good job of monitoring productivity or improving productivity. In fact, he discovered that when contractors have retention rates of 80 percent or higher they have more profits, have more projects finish on or ahead of schedule and better safety records. Listen to Ted’s informative interview as Professor Roger Liska explains how your company can increase productivity and profits. Click here for the audio interview.
