District Sales Managers - Inside and Outside - Various Territories

Rigid Global Buildings, a leader in pre-engineered steel buildings, has several openings for District Sales Managers (Inside and Outside) in various territories. Inside positions are available at both the Denver, CO and Houston, TX locations. The DM's duties are to include, but not limited to: daily territory management, calling on architects, engineers, builders and end use customers promoting Rigid Global Buildings and the opportunities and possibilities that a pre-engineered building system can provide. Key responsibilities include: Maintain relationships with existing customer base, develop sales strategies to expand territory, prospect to develop new customer base according to sales strategy and provide estimates on building projects to customers.

Qualified candidates must be able to read blueprints and do takeoffs. General computer skills are a must, knowledge of Outlook and Word are required, Excel is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Metal building experience preferred, however 3-5 years in a related field will be considered.

Credit Manager

Rigid Global Buildings, a leader in pre-engineered steel buildings, has an immediate opening for a Credit Manager in Houston, TX. Key responsibilities of this role include: protecting the organization's assets by investigating financial status of customer and potential customers, approving credit applications, and collecting money based on the Company's needs. The qualified candidate will review and establish credit terms for qualified customers, process credit applications and credit approvals, keep current regarding M&M Lien Laws, and file NOI's as necessary to protect company rights. In addition the Credit Manager will be required to speak with customers regarding claims and shortages and work as part of a team to accomplish the goals of the company.

Qualified candidates must have a 3-5 years proven experience as a Credit Manager, Bachelors Degree, and experience working with Liens.
